How do I book?
You can book by contacting us directly or via our online booking system (if available). If you’re unsure what to book, we recommend starting with a consultation.
Do I need a consultation first?
For many treatments, yes. A consultation ensures the treatment is appropriate, safe, and aligned with your goals. For prescription-only treatments, a clinical consultation and prescribing process is required.
What if I’m not sure which treatment I need?
That’s very common. Book a consultation and we’ll talk through your skin, concerns, lifestyle, budget, and the most sensible plan.
Can I change my appointment once it’s booked?
Yes — as long as you give the required notice (see our Cancellation/Amendments terms). If your appointment involves products ordered specifically for you, late changes may incur a fee.
What happens if I’m late?
If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment time may be shortened or need to be rescheduled if it impacts the next client.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and is usually deducted from the treatment cost on the day (where applicable).
Are consultation fees refundable?
Consultation fees are typically non-refundable, as they secure clinician time and include professional assessment. If you proceed with treatment within the specified time period, the consultation fee may be deducted from your treatment (where stated in your terms).
Can I pay by card?
Yes — we accept card payments. (Add any additional options you offer, e.g., bank transfer, finance, etc.)
Do you offer payment plans or finance?
If you offer this, include it here (and keep it factual and non-promotional). If not, you can remove this question.
Are results instant?
No. Results are not instant — you’ll usually start to notice changes within a few days, with full results typically seen around 10–14 days.
How long do results last?
Results are temporary. Many clients find the effect lasts around 3–4 months, but it varies based on metabolism, lifestyle, dose, and treatment area.
Will I look “frozen”?
Our approach is to aim for natural movement and a rested look. Your treatment plan is tailored to you, and we’ll discuss realistic outcomes during consultation.
Are injections painful?
Most clients describe it as a quick scratch or pinch. Discomfort is usually minimal and brief.
Can I work straight afterwards?
In most cases, yes. You may have small bumps at injection sites that usually settle quickly. We’ll provide clear aftercare guidance.
What should I avoid after treatment?
Aftercare varies depending on your treatment, but commonly includes avoiding vigorous exercise, alcohol, sauna/steam rooms, and heavy pressure on the area for a short period. You’ll be given specific instructions on the day.
Can I have anti-wrinkle treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No — these treatments aren’t provided during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
How long do fillers take to settle?
Some swelling is normal. Many clients feel things settle over 1–2 weeks, and final results can take longer depending on area and product.
How long do fillers last?
This depends on the area treated, product used, and your metabolism. Some areas last longer than others. We’ll discuss typical ranges in your consultation.
Do fillers hurt?
We use techniques to minimise discomfort and many products contain local anaesthetic. Sensation varies by area.
Are fillers reversible?
Some types can be dissolved in certain situations. This is discussed at consultation as part of informed consent and safety planning.
Will I bruise?
Bruising is possible with any injectable treatment. Most bruising is mild and temporary, but everyone responds differently.
What is a skin booster and who is it for?
Skin boosters are designed to improve hydration, skin quality, and overall glow. They’re often chosen for crepey texture, dullness, or early signs of ageing.
What are polynucleotides and what do they do?
Polynucleotides are often used as part of a regenerative approach to support skin quality. Your suitability depends on your skin concerns and medical history.
How many sessions will I need?
Many skin-quality treatments work best as a course. Your clinician will recommend a plan based on your starting point and goals.
Is there downtime?
Downtime varies. Some redness is common after microneedling and peels. We’ll advise what to expect and how to plan around events.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
Often you’ll be advised to avoid make-up for a set period (particularly after microneedling). Your clinician will give exact guidance for your treatment.
How soon will I see results?
Some treatments give an early glow, but most skin improvements build over weeks, especially where collagen stimulation is involved.
Who can’t have treatment?
Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy/breastfeeding, or active skin infections may mean treatment is not suitable. This is why a full consultation and medical assessment is essential.
What if I have a medical condition or take medication?
Please tell us in advance and bring an up-to-date medication list. This helps us plan safely.
What if I have cold sores?
For lip or peri-oral treatments, cold sore history is important. We’ll discuss whether antiviral precautions are appropriate.
Do you guarantee results?
No medical aesthetic treatment can be guaranteed. We focus on evidence-based plans, safe practice, and realistic outcomes discussed in advance.
What if I’m unhappy with my result?
If you have concerns, contact us promptly. We’ll advise whether a review is appropriate and what options are available.
What if I need to cancel?
We require a minimum notice period (commonly 48 hours). Late cancellations and no-shows may lose the deposit and/or incur a charge, as set out in our Terms.
Can I attend if I’ve had alcohol or taken drugs?
No. For safety and consent reasons, we do not treat clients who are under the influence.
