Terms of Service

These Terms & Policies set out the agreement between you (the client) and Hemmali Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”) in relation to consultations, bookings, deposits, cancellations, conduct, aftercare and related matters.

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Policies.

1) Consultation Policy

Consultation Fee

A consultation fee of £50 applies to all initial consultations. This fee secures your appointment and covers the professional assessment by our clinician.

Deduction Against Treatment

If you proceed with a treatment within six (6) months of your consultation date, the £50 consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of that treatment.

Non-Refundable

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Where a treatment is booked within the six-month period, the consultation fee will be applied as a deduction against the treatment cost (subject to availability and booking requirements).

2) Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement

non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a treatment booking. The deposit confirms your appointment and reserves clinician time and clinic resources.

Deduction Against Treatment

Where you proceed with the booked treatment, the £50 deposit will be deducted from the total price of that treatment.

Consent Form

Before any treatment is provided, you will be required to read and sign a Consent Form. By signing, you confirm you understand the nature of the treatment, the risks, expected outcomes and aftercare.

No Refunds for Treatments

Treatments are non-refundable once administered.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.

3) Cancellation Policy (Including Courses)

Minimum Notice

You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you fail to attend (“no-show”), your deposit will be forfeited.

In addition, depending on the circumstances, we may require full payment of the treatment cost in advance before you are eligible to rebook.

Prepaid or Discounted Courses

If your appointment forms part of a prepaid or discounted course of treatments:

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be treated as used and therefore forfeited, with no refund.

  • Where cancellations are repeated, we reserve the right to cancel the remaining sessions of the course.

Refunds for unused sessions are not available once a course has started, except at our discretion.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.

4) Two-Week Review Policy (Where Applicable)

Eligibility and Scheduling

Where relevant, clients may be eligible for a review appointment. The decision to offer a review, and the timing of any review, remains at the discretion of the prescriber/clinician.

Review Window

If a review is offered, it must take place between two (2) and six (6) weeks after treatment. This timeframe is important for assessing outcomes and managing any concerns appropriately.

Cancellation of Review Appointments

If you need to cancel a review appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

No Monetary Value

Any review appointment offered is provided without monetary value and does not constitute a refundable service.

5) Aftercare Disclaimer and Client Responsibilities (Anti-Wrinkle Treatments)

Clients receiving anti-wrinkle treatment acknowledge and agree:

Aftercare Compliance

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by the prescriber/clinician. Aftercare is important for both safety and best possible results.

Lifestyle, Substances and Medical Changes

You agree that undisclosed lifestyle changes, alcohol or substance use, medication changes, illness, or other medical changes before or after treatment may affect outcomes. We are not responsible for outcomes impacted by factors outside our control or not disclosed to us.

Further Treatment / Adjustments

Any decision regarding additional treatment after a review is at the sole discretion of the prescriber/clinician. We reserve the right to refuse further treatment where it is deemed not clinically appropriate or not in your best interests.

Any additional procedures or revisions may be chargeable at standard rates. Only one review per treatment is permitted.

6) Alcohol and Drugs Policy

For safety reasons, we operate a strict policy regarding alcohol and/or drugs:

Denial of Treatment

We do not treat clients who appear visibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or who cannot demonstrate capacity to provide informed consent.

Capacity to Consent

If alcohol and/or drugs impair judgement or decision-making, treatment will not proceed.

Responsibility for Effects

We are not responsible for negative effects or compromised outcomes resulting from alcohol or drug consumption before or after your appointment.

Missed Appointments and Charges

If you attend under the influence and treatment cannot proceed, you will be required to reschedule. There are no refunds for missed appointments in these circumstances, and standard cancellation/no-show terms may apply.

7) Amendment of Booked Services Policy (Advanced Product Ordering)

Some treatments require products or supplies to be ordered and allocated in advance.

Minimum Notice for Changes

Any change to your booked service (including treatment type, quantity, or areas treated) requires at least 48 hours’ notice.

How to Request Amendments

Amendments must be communicated directly to us via phone, email, or our online booking system.

Change Fee

Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice may result in a change fee of 50% of the total booking cost, to reflect product allocation, clinic time reserved, and loss of appointment availability.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at our discretion. Where requested, supporting evidence may be required.

8) Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse treatment, refuse amendments to booked services, or decline future bookings in order to protect client safety, staff safety, and clinical standards.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Failure to comply with clinic policies or staff instructions

  • Visible intoxication or impaired capacity to consent

  • Aggressive, threatening or disruptive behaviour

  • Outstanding balances or failure to pay for previous services

9) No-Show Policy

Definition

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without giving notice.

Charges and Rebooking

No-show charges may be applied and must be settled before future appointments can be scheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access or a requirement for pre-payment.

Reminders

We may send reminders as a courtesy, but it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment date and time.

10) Photography Consent and Data Protection (GDPR)

Confidentiality

Client information is treated confidentially in line with Data Protection legislation. We do not share your information with third parties without lawful basis and/or your consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Photography

If clinical photography is requested, your consent will be obtained at your appointment. Your privacy and confidentiality will be maintained.

11) Complaints Procedure

Please notify us promptly if you wish to raise a complaint. Where appropriate, an appointment may be arranged to support resolution. A written Complaints Policy is available upon request.

Unresolved complaints may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
